INDICATIONS:
Carbohydrates with fast and slow absorption provide substantial energy for short and long term. Vitamin C is a strong antioxidant which removes fatigue and supports tissue regeneration. ADMINISTRATION:
10g (2 teaspoons) per 1 liter of drinking water when arriving from the races, after intensive training and 1-3 days before basketing (depending on the distance).
